A multi-course Southern dinner, with each course prepared by a different
Culinary Master.

The evening brings together a dynamic group of chefs—spanning New Orleans and beyond—including Serigne Mbaye, Matt Conroy and Isabel Coss, Chris Shepherd, and Tavel Bristol-Joseph, alongside the Four Seasons’ own Dario Montelvero.

Each course is paired with a specially selected musical accompaniment, adding an immersive layer to the experience.

Chef Buddha Lo—winner of Top Chef and known for his precise, globally influenced approach—leads a hands-on cooking class reimagined through New Orleans. His take on a full English breakfast becomes a full “New Orleans breakfast,” blending classic structure with the city’s unmistakable depth of flavor.

Guests will prepare—and enjoy—their own creations, with additional dishes presented throughout the experience.

Celebrate the grand finale of Culinary Masters New Orleans with a spirited afterparty at Miss River.

Learn the true meaning of New Orlean's catch phrase:
