The all-new GT takes its chassis from the popular SL-Class convertible, and for the first time, the GT is equipped with 4MATIC all-wheel drive. And while the rear-bias, sports-car feel may be gone, the new GT proves that it’s possible to get older and more comfortable without sacrificing power and style. Adaptive damping suspension and rear-axle steering prioritize handling, and AMG’s hand-made V8 remains the standard by which other V8 engines can be judged. Meanwhile, the interior adds elbowroom, a sense of space and cargo capacity such that even optional 2+2 seating is available for the first time.
