Required Driver & Non-Driver Waiver

Please complete the required waivers at the appropriate link below before you arrive to The Boca Raton Resort. If you are attending with a guest, both you and your guest must complete the appropriate waiver individually. 

For drivers, the Driver Waiver requires a picture of both your driver’s license and insurance card so please have those available when filling out the waiver. Also, please remember to bring both your driver’s license & insurance card to the event (a picture of your insurance card is ok as well). Please note that you will just need to fill out this digital form and click agree to each of the individual vehicle agreements. You do not need to manually print and fill out the waivers, simply clicking agree to each further in the form will suffice.

Please note, non-drivers will have the opportunity to ride along in any car with more than 2 seats, which is why you will need to agree to the waivers for each of the vehicles in the form above just in case you become a passenger.
