ALL SALES AND PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are agreeing to the payment of the fees stated above. Each package includes all scheduled meals, activities, and accommodations. The Event Fee for each attendee must be paid at registration. The Event Fee does not cover any expenses beyond those activities, meals and lodging expressly noted as included in a package description.  The Event Fee does not include flights or airport transfer to and from the Event, non-scheduled meals or beverages, or other incidental expenses that you may incur while attending the Event.  Please read the package details for detailed information regarding what is covered by the Event Fee charged for each package.  The program itinerary is subject to change in all respects, and any changes to the itinerary will not result in a full or partial refund of the Event Fee. Attendees must generally be at least twenty-five years old to attend the Event, unless explicitly approved otherwise by Robb Report in writing before the Event. Those under twenty-five might be subject to additional age-related requirements, potentially limiting their participation in certain aspects of the Event.  Any Event participants under the age of twenty-five should inquire in advance of booking the Event what aspects of the Event may be age-restricted because once you pay the fee it is non-refundable regardless of your eligibility to participate in any aspect of the Event. All non-citizens of the United States will need a valid passport to travel to the Event along with any other entry documents required by the United States for entry from your country of residence.  If you do not meet applicable eligibility requirements to participate in any aspect of the Event, the Event Fee will remain unchanged.

CANCELLATION TERMS

There are no refunds or exchanges for illnesses, emergencies, or any other circumstances affecting your attendance at the Event.  It is recommended that you consider purchasing travel and medical insurance from a third party, which may cover unforeseen events.

If the Event attendee cancels  61 to 90 days prior to the Event start date, the Event attendee will be charged 50 % of the Event Fee. A credit of 50 % of the Event Fee will be available and may be applied towards another RRI event taking place within one year from the Event start date. If the credit is not used within this timeframe, it will be forfeited.

If the Event attendee cancels 60 days or fewer prior to the Event start date, the Event attendee will be responsible for 100% of the Event Fee and no credits or refunds will be issued.

Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the Event, you may, at Robb Report’s sole discretion and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth herein, send someone else in your place by requesting Robb Report’s permission to transfer your Event ticket.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond RR1’s control, RR1 reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event. If the Event is cancelled by RR1, a full refund will be issued, but RR1 will not be liable for any personal expenses, including, without limitation, travel and other attendant costs.

Refund Documentation & Timing

Notice of cancellation or request to transfer the package to someone else must be made in writing to rr1experiences@robbreport.com.

In the unlikely circumstance that the Event is canceled by Robb Report, Event attendees may choose to receive either a full credit toward another Robb Report experience occurring on or before December 31, 2025, or receive a refund in full of the Event Fee.  Robb Report is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation outside of the Event Fee such as transportation costs or other cancellation fees.

In order to attend the Event, each Event attendee is required to agree to and sign Robb Report’s standard Event Waiver and Release prior to the Event’s start.  Event activities may also be subject to eligibility requirements of third-parties that you may also be required to fulfill in order to be eligible to participate in certain activities at the Event, including agreeing to and signing third-party legal release and waiver agreements.  If you are unable or unwilling to agree to the terms of any third-party waiver for a specific activity that is part of the Event, you may still be able to participate in the Event generally, with the exception of participating in that specific activity.

For Event attendees participating in driving activities:  All drivers must be over the age of twenty-five (25) and possess a valid driver’s license.  If your driver’s license is issued by a non-U.S. jurisdiction, you should inquire in advance whether you will need to obtain any additional driving licensure in order to participate in the Event. Prior to engaging in any driving activities, participants are required to sign liability waivers presented by the OEMs providing the cars for the Event.  Participants are responsible for any damage to the automobiles.  Additionally, participants must provide proof of valid car insurance coverage for this Event.  If you are not insured as a United States driver, your standard car insurance coverage is unlikely to extend to participation in this Event.  All participants, even those insured as U.S. drivers, are strongly urged to contact their insurance provider to secure appropriate coverage for the duration of the Event. Please be advised that participants without valid car insurance coverage for this Event will not be permitted to drive at the Event.

By submitting this form and registering for this Event, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and authorize Robb Report to charge your provided payment method for the Event Fee.
